Call Center/Customer Service Representative

Students learn how to effectively address existing and potential clients’ needs by fielding incoming (and facilitating external) telephone calls. The course includes a technology boot camp, career readiness training, voice development, communication skills and call management.


  • -WorkKeys exam score of 3 or higher
  • -High school diploma or GED

Job search assistance including resume building, interview coaching and meetings with prospective employers is included in the program.
